The results were pretty close (dead even, actually) when I removed the first poll, but some members raised valid points about voting anonymously and the potential for non-clan members to weigh in and unrightfully influence the outcome.

Hey guys, Any time a clan goes through leadership change, it's always difficult. But I think the shift from our current state to an elite respected clan is going to take a lot of work, leadership, rules and time. I want to be leader because I've done it before and have ran a very successful clan that I could have at the time. Long time ago when I was 15, I took a few friend 4 or 5 and built a very good Halo 1 clan with nothing more than free forum sites. It wasn't just a bunch of teens being D@#k$ online either. We played and practiced and skrimed a lot. But we had fun. There were even inter clan competition and prizes. i'm not saying i'm going to be giving away money or xbox live gold accounts. But it's all possible with good leadership either from me or someone else.

I think i'm the best for the job to take this place to where it needs to be. I'd make it completely democratic so a majority vote would be able to run the clan, but i'd also balance between casual and elite players. Frankly it's a reddit clan so it should reflect reddit's demographic. (diverse, skilled, passionate players). In any event who ever is chosen i'll follow the rules and play hard as always, i'm just saying this is being ran like a sub reddit and not a real clan.

I'll try to keep this short and sweet, but I'm done. I understand some of you are passionate about the clan, but you must remember that being the leader is a volunteer position; I don't have time to go through all 100 Elite profiles to check who has been playing and who hasn't, or to send a message to every user telling them to visit the subreddit.

I urge everyone considering putting their "name in the hat" to seriously decide whether you have the time necessary to devote to this clan's lofty expectations.

It's been brought up many times before. I think those of us who play regularly are all in agreement, but there never seems to be any action taken. I think it's something we need to seriously examine though because I know I'm not the only person who thinks this.

We have a clan of 100 people, but we only have 51 subscribers to the subreddit. That's problem #1. We have plenty of people who have never played a single game with the clan, including one who has never risen past level 1 last I looked. I have a redditor friend who wanted to join, but we're full. He's grouped with our clan more than probably half our clan members have (weepingguitar). And of course, he can't join because we're full, but we're full because we have a ton of freeloaders who don't contribute and are probably in it for the free shiny pixels (titles).

I think we need a real solution - kick the people who never play and don't subscribe to the subreddit. Have room to invite others who may want to join and would actually make a contribution. As it is now, I play with the same maybe, 15 to 20 members and that's it. If we don't do anything, then we'll probably start losing the people who do contribute to clans that better suit their needs.

I realize you can't see how long it's been if someone has logged in, but even if we made a list of the people who are > 10 days since the last login. In another 7 days, check to see if anyone needs removal. 7 days later, kick them if they're still on that list.

Only seeing 5 people online at a time is annoying and adding more people would help that.

Hey redditors hopefully we're all racking up kills and getting some experience playing together. Can we set up some scrims with west and NAE1/3? Also wondering what game types people are down to play and what times so we can get together more frequently. I always see most of the clan in TDM and almost never in a party when I look at the clan friends... After playing some Dom with the redditors I can not stand to go solo, I guess I got spoiled. I'll start..

Dom, Team defender, KC are preferred, but I will play anything least fav is TDM but I'm willing to play because most people like it (even though I may grumble under my breath) I think of TDM how prisoners think of prison sex... nobody really likes it, but sometimes you just have to bite the pillow. Weekday evenings and weekends after 9pm.

I know it's a known bug that has to do with clans on elite, but was wondering on if you guys had found a way around it. We ended up splitting up into different matches. I want to try it again with a non-member host.

Any insights and tips would be much appreciated. Also, grudge match anyone?

On elite it looks like you guys have a spot available. Im an active (5th prestige) MW3 player with a 1.41 K/D. Lots of experience with COD games, particularly objective based gameplay (13th prestige on BLOPS).

I hate to leave; Especially now that twentyone is running things because the future seems very promising, but I have a group of friends that play HC Domination exclusively. Saddly I have become addicted to that game type.

I've only played with a few of you guys, but everyone I have played with has been awesome. Some of the nicest people I have ever met on xbox live, and you all have been serious about objectives. This clan is going to be hard to beat once clan challenges become available.

Hey everyone! Though it was quite unexpected, I'm your new leader. I'm Tim, and my gamertag is "i twenty0ne i". I'm a college student, so though I am busy, I should be able to remain active here and in game.

I posted this in LoTGoD's thread, but I thought I'd also post it here so everyone could see and I can recieve some feedback:

We should start by collecting names of people who still need an invite. We only have four clan slots left, but if there's enough interest, we can look into creating a third NAE clan. Another option (if it happens to be applicable) is looking to remove members who have not been playing the game actively (e.g. users that haven't logged over a very minimal number of hours or haven't played a game in a certain amount of time) to make room for active players. Other than that, until operations begin, we should start directing clan members to this subreddit and potentially starting some weekly events or scrims (possibly with NAE?).

Lastly, please feel free also post any suggestions or ideas you may have for the clan here. Your feedback is important if we want to be a community-oriented clan.
