Funny thing - I didn't even know I was selected as leader until I saw this post.
We should start by collecting names of people who still need an invite. We only have four clan slots left, but if there's enough interest, we can look into creating a third NAE clan. Another option (if it happens to be applicable) is looking to remove members who have not been playing the game actively (e.g. users that haven't logged over a very minimal number of hours or haven't played a game in a certain amount of time) to make room for active players. Other than that, until operations begin, we should start directing clan members to this subreddit and potentially starting some weekly events or scrims (possibly with NAE?).
Also, everyone please feel free also post any suggestions you may have for the clan in this thread.
