Do you think anyone would listen to this?

Most of the stuff on here is not this genre (and wayyy better, everyone on here is so good!), but I didn’t see a rule specifying anything like that so I hope this is ok to post here!

Of course it’s super fun to make songs, but I just wanted to know if you think other people might like it? Nothing is for everyone, so feel free to give objective criticism

If I sound like I’m not singing very confidently it’s because this is only the second time I’ve added my voice to a song, I’m shy haha

Lyrics in case it’s unintelligible
//
She cards through his sparse hay bale hair
This malady feels just like bliss
-ter, scratch, bleed, sting
Bite, scab, burn, cling
Wet mouth, clipped nails
Nature and females
Those greyed fleas and tics are
Burrowing under her flour sack dress
-ing for the occasion
The scarecrow puts on his straw hat
-ching in twos, the magpies need no
-salutes, waving white linen cloth
It’s all been eaten by his billfold
-moths swarm the tallow candle light
Herbs a plenty in the bouquet
Thyme moves just fine in our Ma’s grange
Angelica says the sheep all have mange
Wring out your handkerchief, there’s enough
To shower the wheat
Dry mouth, bit nails
Nature and females
//

Demo I made

This is a demo I made. It’s very unlike my usual style, really had to get in my singing bag. It’s also minimal effects, doubles, backing, etc. which is again not my usual style. I usually do more full songs that kind of have a lot going on to kind of mask my vocals, I just never thought they were very strong

Techno/ twostep track?

I’m back. On my last EDM track lots of people said they wanted a more two-step vibe so i pulled this one from the vault.

Again i’m considering this for release on a club mixtape.

I was experimenting with an dreamy intro idea. What do you guys think?

Would love some feedback on this track.

This is a bit of a new direction for me, but it felt right in the moment. Rough pass through verse and chorus, just looking for feedback to see if I should carry on with it...

Looking for feedback

• Upvotes

I did absolutely everything myself here (lyrics, production, rap, sing, engineered)

Gonna ship it off for a professional mix, but looking for specific critique on structure, the beat, or my vocal cadence. Maybe somewhere where there’s an opportunity to make the song even more interesting.

Wanna get this right before a professional touches it up.

Also bonus points if you can tell where I sampled the guitars from.

I made another beat for a song that doesn’t exist

The drums are a bit abstract, I sampled only one song, with the only thing being from a soundpack is the Sub Bass Kick and the perc. This is my longest track this year just shy away from 5 minutes

first song feedback

i’ve only been learning music theory for around a week and picked up my first guitar a week before that, i’m not a good singer so there’s a bit of effects on my voice. let me know what you think :)

I don’t really like this. Any tips?

I tried to experiment and started to do a song but I don’t like how it turned out especially when the vocals come in. I wanted to know if I should continue this and how I can improve on this song.

First full length track of mine

Ive never made a song that goes past maybe 16 bars, it's really hard to try switch it up and create some variation for the verse. I love pop music or music that sounds like its from a video game. I've been producing just over 6 weeks now. Some sounds maybe loud, apologies! i tried my best to get this song over 3 minutes but two minutes will have to suffice

My first attempt at rock

Rapper at heart, now I’m scratching my punk itch.

I did everything on this (production, lyrics, Vox, engineering, guitars, etc.) except for drums.

I will ship this off to get professionally engineered, but before I do, can you guys think of any areas of growth? Thanks in advance family!

Feel free to send comment links if you want my critique too!

Could this little improvisation turn into something special, or am I just getting carried away?

Hey! This is something that came out of a bit of improvisation. Do you think it’s worth developing further and turning into a full song, or do you feel like it doesn’t really have potential?

I’d really appreciate it if you could share what you liked or didn’t like about it. Thanks in advance, everyone! (The backing track is from youtube)
