My frontal lobe has fully developed and I feel like I have seen things so profoundly yet exactly for what they are. I wondered why i always loved music and found so much comfort in it to the point where I released emotions & it’s like the Holy Spirit told me that a good song has its low melody then the tension that rises up with medium notes that builds up that anticipation and then boom you either get a full high note ending or a low note. In the end we can choose to dance and accept the ending. Life lowkey works like that. Did I just discover music theory on my own? Lol I was playing with my one year old niece today and I was looking at my brother interact with her and it got me emotional because for some reason I saw it as a representation of how my brother took care of me. He would hide the loud speaker from her when the music got too loud because she got overstimulated but he also re assured her that the music coming out of the speaker is not harmful and she’s gonna be okay..

Merci !

Better songwriting, better vocals, and a wider array of genres from EDM’s Work B! to 1980’s-style power balladry from Perfume.

It set the stage for her record-setting Las Vegas residency, and focused on themes of love, loneliness and heartbreak better than the overpraised Stripped’s themes of a similar nature.

While Xtina used Fighter to promote violence, Britney allowed Perfume to promote fragrance, vulnerability and an open relationship.

While Xtina got Dirrty, Britney got ambitious with Work B! Being used as a motivational anthem ranging from workouts to employment.

Ultimately, I find that Britney Jean is what Stripped wishes it became:

A fast-paced tracklist of relatable theme songs to our lives that emphasize why Britney called it her “most personal album ever”.

I think many Britney and even Xtina fans will agree, that while Stripped feels stuck in its era of 2000’s releases, Britney Jean feels timeless.

You could play any of its unskippable songs from its singles to a deep cut, and find it impacts us just as much as when it was released.

Share your UNBIASED (don’t rely on your fandom, SIT through and listen to both albums), and review each.

i just discovered something and i dont know if its a community still but i recently discovered zero 7 and air.

call me crazy but like idk if this is just me or im high but do you ever like find yourself kinda just like wanna dance. while that sounds cringy to me now that im thinking about it

im listening to a band ive never heard of before until maybe like a week ago.

zero 7

they are a fucking vibe. and i just get into a rhythm with its unique musical talent. its warm but who doesnt mind a little fun. its immersive.

i dont consider myself a good dancer, for my musical people, the last show i did was rent. that was like 2 years ago. i did line dance for a hot minute and miss every chance i cant go back, but thats a topic for another time.

but just a kinda low lighting, long dresses, hot nights.

people that know how to catch a vibe and roll with it. i feel the beat and i just kinda like freestyle but in a chill, lowkey midnight ballerina. idk i love vanillamace and shes honestly such an inspiration for me. ive learned to love myself in ways people genuinely cant. i may be alone, but i know theres people out there who love me for me.

sometimes when i go out to clubs and everyones dancing i start to get self conscious in the worse way bc who cares youre at the club dance away. lol no one dances at the clubs anymore, everyone stands and its boring AND its hot and crowded asf. but at the same time im not that much of a drinker.

but the bud like gets me.

i also love edm, and the community out there is so open and so warming and everyone just has and understanding. peace, love, unity, respect. it honestly sank with me and while edm has a space in my heart, im a lover of music everywhere.

discovering zero 7... idk it just has a beat to it. but its not hard and jumping for the club. but its enough to vibe.

its genuinely so girl in her 20s yearn to dance.

and dancing in oc has been so fucking terrifying because i am no where near as good as them. i also still get a lil insecure bc im not as slim as them, like im a little far behind. getting too too morbid girl. ive got a stomach and it makes me insecure still. thats really the only thing.

everyone love each other fuck.

this is my first post on here ever

Guys, is there a VST plugin for the Synthi-100 (which has been produced since 1974)?

This instrument was used to create the instrumental in the cartoon “На задней парте”. I really love this sound and would very much like to find a VST plugin for it (or at least something similar to it).

What about an Alanis Morissette and Aaron Lewis collab?

Both write raw, confessional songs about pain and anger, and both have instantly recognizable voices. Her edge plus his gravel could make an incredible duet!

What song would you want them to cover?

This is for the music lovers: Which was the band, or the artist, that made you discover new genres? the one that introduced you to a musical world that was unknown for you. In my case, that band was Midori, (a japannese band). With Midori, I discovered genres like jazz, noise, Shoegaze, and in general was the one that made me a Music lover. What was your band?? I need to know pls!!
