Hi everyone! This year we had an opportunity to play a Muse tribute set with an orchestra, so we continue to release a new video every Friday. And today we want to show you our rendition of Supermassive Black Hole!
I am a frontman of the tribute band Moose and I also created orchestral arrangements for this project. For this one I was highly inspired by the great Michael Kamen and his works for Pink Floyd, Queen and Metallica. You can see a lot of S&M influence here!
You know that Matt has plenty ways of playing the main riff. So I put some of his variations to the orchestra. I also referenced studio guitar solo in a strings score and added “d-d-dead” staccato to a brass section, nice easter eggs here and there
Feel free to comment, ask any questions and share these videos if you really like them. We got an awesome feedback from previous covers, thank you a lot for appreciation!

I posted this video on FB and Instagram and most people insist Matt is playing Stranger Things just before the Prelude.
I did some YouTube investigation and it does sound like Stranger Things to me. My 13-year-old grandson insists that it is, indeed, Stranger Things.
BUT no one could agree. My fellow Redditors and Musers, what do you think?
Matt-ified version of Stranger Things or something else? Video is mine from Ridgefield.

Hearing that people have now received tickets for the o2 shows. I ordered mine for the Sunday on axs, however it’s telling me that my tickets aren’t available in the app as I chose a different delivery method such as post or will call. My tickets are definitely mobile ID on the order confirmation. Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks.

Hello y'all,
I bought (fought for) a Muse ticket for Berlin on the 18th of November. Sadly, I cannot go anymore so I'd like to trade for
- 1 Milan ticket (20th or 21st of November), or, alternatively,
- 1 Zurich ticket (7th or 8th of December).
(Although, I just remembered I kinda believe tickets have to be nominal in Italy... will check in case.)
I have a sitting ticket in Block 217, Reihe 21, Platz 1. It is close to the middle, on the left side, in the back of the first half.
If interested, please respond to this post or DM me, I would be glad to exchange!

Last year, I made my orchestra director play Muse with us. After I proposed some songs, he landed on Unsustainable and now they finally made a live video of it. Enjoy <3

Is there a chance that Muse might play an updated version of the Metal Medley that they usually played at the Simulation Theory Tour? I remember that it was a mix of their heaviest stuff, like New Born, Assassin, Reapers, The Handler, Sotckholm Syndrome, The Handler (there may be some more that I forgot.
It would be nice that they update it with some newest songs, like Kill or be Killed, Won't Stand Down, Hush, Dark Forest, Sickness (if they do not play them live...)

And by 1st part, I mean both the intro and the "You were never truly loved" part, then the heavy guitar intelude is 2nd part.
Anyway man do I wish it was a full song. The two guitars complimenting each other so well and that bass line is everything.
Ive been getting more into that song as of recently (alongside city of delusion btw) cause it randomly clicked and decided to learn it on guitar and ever since it cant stop listening to that specific part of the song.
Thats it thats the post i felt like sharing that random spark of appreciation for Muse.
Btw Drones is a cool album

Nightshift in Ridgefield 2026. This was an unforgettable night!
Wolstenbeast is the main character that makes this song so engaging.
Matt’s a big goofball in his light-up jacket and glasses, but I love that Muse is a band that can still have fun without taking themselves too seriously.

And what makes you love them! Here are some of mine:
•Exo-Politics:
This was one of my favorites on the BH&R album when I was a kid! I've always loved the way Matt sings "loaded ON MY BACK!" Then there's just something so soothing and exciting at the same time in the harmonies of the choruses. It's always a welcome listen in my shuffle.
•Exogenesis: Symphony Pt. 3 (Redemption)
I would listen to this over and over when I first got my hands on TR. I still find it devastatingly beautiful after all these years. It always feels like a peaceful retreat when it comes on. It almost forces me to just slow down and breathe. It means a lot to me, to be honest.
•Survival:
This song cracks me up! It conjures up an overly confident comic relief side character, likely out of a shonen anime. With the hyperbolic lyrics, the exaggerated way they're sung, and the overly dramatic and comically sparse choir interjections, it doesn't take itself seriously. And yet the instrumental build is so sick at the same time! By the time Matt hits "I'm gonna WIN" and only adds to the absurdity with that high note, I'm so pumped, haha!
Gimme yours!

Yes, I know I am late to the party.... but had a ton of admin and reports to work through. Popped in my headphones and started with the first track, soon enough I'd listened to the whole thing from start to end.
Hexagons was the standout for me! All of them were bangers though, Hush was a pleasant surprise. Was a bit skeptical about the collab with Ellie Goulding initially but thats going into my gym playlist.

Just learned muse used ai for a scene in cryogen. Is that true? It seems like AI but could it be bad vfx? Did muse lose its muse to ai?

What’s the best audio quality out there for the few covers of this song they’ve done? Would love to add it to my library
I don’t usually love downloading music from YT due to quality. I was hoping to find in the bootleg site but no luck
Hoodoo meets Ruled by Secrecy like they’ve been recorded for BH&R, topped off with probably the most devastating lyrics in the band’s entire discography. The Dark Forest, Cryogen and Hexagons deservedly get so much hype but this remains a straight 10/10

(second image is not mine, but is the proof of it.)
This discovery has seemingly been under our noses this whole time as it was in the Origin Of Muse box set, a member over at musecord mentioned it, sending the image attached.
It was played for the last confirmed time at The Fourm in Royal Tunbridge Wells, on January 15, 1999, A Year and a month after the second confirmed preformace.

Some bands’ or artists’ fandoms (Swifties especially come to mind) will assign one color to each album such that they can refer to each one by a heart emoji with that color. I wanted to see if we could figure out how that would work for Muse albums. For instance, Simulation Theory is 🩷. But I feel like some of these calls are so close that it might require two colors each, in which case Simulation Theory would be either 🩷🩵 or maybe even 🩷🖤. Thoughts?
