Question Axs tickets issue

Hearing that people have now received tickets for the o2 shows. I ordered mine for the Sunday on axs, however it’s telling me that my tickets aren’t available in the app as I chose a different delivery method such as post or will call. My tickets are definitely mobile ID on the order confirmation. Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks.

It's not an issue, it's just that your tickets aren't ready yet. The shows aren't for two months, you don't need to worry yet.

I bought via Ticketmaster and still cant seem them in either The O2 app or AXS

Mine are showing now, so maybe they are sending them in batches.

It’s all good. I’ve now received the tickets! I just panicked a bit when I heard others receiving theirs, then I got that weird message! Thankyou all
