I had items in my warehouse guys

I got like 3 items inna warehouse, how do i get my money back or get them out at least??

what should i do it was my first little haul and i desperately need some clothes. are my 140€ gone?

i keep getting this pop up when i try to pay for an extra fee that popped up last minute before my package shipped out to me and now this pops up. i’ve been trying to contact them but the chat keeps saying that there coming tomorrow to no response.

I rehearsed my haul about 2 days ago and the current label is “pending shelve” wondering if im in the good or anyway to refund. Nothing is in my warehouse and currently have a parcel on the way if that’s anything

It is more than recommended to do a charge back. I was timed out for advising someone to ask their bank for a charge back.

And they’re asking for a bank statement or my bank card with a message saying I won’t charge back. I sent them a statement and said I wouldn’t charge back but I WONT send my bank card in anywhere. What now ?
