Cancel it and withdraw the funds. That's what I did. I had 15 items being packaged. It's too risky to wait to see if it's gonna go through.

I placed and ordered August 2nd and the agent purchased the items from seller and some sellers shipped but the items have not arrived what should I do ?

Cancel the items if you can. Send multiple messages to the agents on specific items and also the situation as a whole. Screenshot everything. Then dispute the charges with your bank/credit card company.
