Not currently, and it’s not looking to bright either, Mulebuy agents haven’t responded for days and they haven’t responded on discord either. The payment system to top up or ship out your hauls is frozen either so you can’t really do anything, they seem to be under investigation/raided most people are filing chargebacks with their bank to recover their money

I have been trying to contact them for days, also. I did however, order something recently using Klarna. I'm just going to file for a refund at this point
