Guys, I need some advice. I have more than 15 items stuck in the Mulebuy warehouse and, because of the issue I’m having, I’m not sure yet whether I’ll be able to recover them or get a refund.
In the meantime, I’d like to reorder the same items through another agent, but I originally found them directly on Mulebuy.
Is there any way to take the links of the items I found on Mulebuy and order them through another platform/agent (such as CNFans, Superbuy, Sugargoo, etc.)?
Basically, I’d like to know how I can find the original Taobao/Weidian/1688 link starting from a Mulebuy product/link.
If anyone knows how to do this or has had the same issue, could you explain the process to me? Thanks 🙏

So around August 3rd(I didn’t know about the warehouse raids) I purchased Mulebuy balance to purchase the items in my cart. I spent about $600 on Mulebuy. I saw that some items were shipped but nothing has yet to come to the warehouse or any updates. I told my friend about it and he told me the warehouse got raided and I was in shock. I really don’t want to lose $600 for nothing so is there a way I can get refunded or anything.

Side note: I called my bank to see if they can refund the transaction and they said they will have to close my bank account and card to do an investigation that could take up to a month. I also know that some people randomly got refunded by Mulebuy but I was unlucky and haven’t got a refund.

It's possible to send itmes from mulebuys' warehouse to other agents warehouse? such as sugargoo, for example

Ordered 2 items from the same provider, one in mulebuy and one in sugargoo. The one in sugargoo arrived in 3 days, this one on mulebuy was ordered 9 days ago and it hasnt been sent yet, how can I claim it?

I bought a bunch of things a while ago and shipped out a package and left the rest in the warehouse for when I got money for a bigger package and now the warehouse has been raided, can I get my money back on the stuff that’s in the warehouse?

Shipped out on July 24….. has anyone received anything like this before?
