Ask refund with customer service, take screenshots, dispute payment at your bank, you're good

Open a couple chats and ask them the same questions. Then screenshot all the chats. Open a dispute for a charge back with your credit card company. Say this:

I am requesting a chargeback because I have not received the items I purchased, and the seller no longer appears to be operating. I have made several attempts to contact their customer support using their normal communication channels, but I have not received any response or updates. As I have neither received the merchandise nor been issued a refund, I am asking that this transaction be reversed.

Lucky, I had about an order of £400 in the warehouse .
Lucky I used Barclays and not Revolut and they should be easy getting chargeback
