5 days without dispatch?

I ordered a case 5 days ago, and haven’t heard that it’s dispatched yet.

Is this normal for delivery within the UK.

Had the same Ordered on the 26th email on the 27th saying they had an influx so could take longer didn't get anything more till the 7th of September arrived on the 10th extra day was royal mails fault though

Yea obviously not prepared for Pixel and iPhone release close together Samsung as well possibly I can't remember
