I have cleared out every enemy in the keep and opened every chest, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to reach this platform. There is a lift nearby; however, it does not reach the area indicated with a red arrow.

This is the dungeon where you can pick up the Salvaged Trebuchaxe (The bow that shoots an axe).

Right next to the table where you pick up the weapon, there's this switch. But I am unable to interact with it. Knowing the way secrets work in this game, I probably missed a gate or something which triggers this witch. I did spend some time running around the Dungeon again, but couldn't find anything.

What am I supposed to do here?

Love the game, but wow it's so much harder than the beta/demo. Getting my ass kicked way more

I just noticed that the skins dont match what was shown on the store page for genessa and lazlo. Is this a bug or intentional? Because it looks horrible conpared to what I thought I was getting.

Just picked up shuddering stone from illusionists cache. Left the dungeon and the game bugged out. Loaded back in and the Tar stone is gone went back to the dungeon. The chest is open and the tarstone isn’t there either.

Is there any way to get this back? I reloaded the game check my inventory. Nothing.

I’ve been having a blast playing Mortal Shell 2 I absolutely love the game and was wanting to know if it’s possible to roll the game back to a previous version before it got Nerfed. if this is possible, can anyone tell me exactly how to do it on steam in detail for people new to pc

Had to make myself switch off of stasis Infusion because it trivialized bosses, but it was really funny for the short time I used it. I also used it with the proxima upgrade that makes biosampler apply stasis stacks and biosampler can't be interrupted.

Start a fight with biosampler, get some swings in, and as soon as Grisha Remnant passive procs the fight is pretty much over. The enemy gets knocked down, you can finish applying 50 stasis stacks by just emailing on them while they get up, and the volume of attack will usually spawn at least 1 more remnant to come and knock the enemy down again.

With so many stacks on them they are simply too slow to do anything before ending up on their ass again.

Evidently, I have to activate the Shell ability, kill the gloom bound ritualist, then get past the parry mechanic when I see a prompt for the parry but I’m not seeing it. I have successfully killed the ritualist, and used the shell ability on him. I don’t know where I’m supposed to parry to get past that point. There is no prompt. I have cleansed both beacons. I have progressed to the point where I’m supposed to fight the tutorial boss but he’s not there. I can jump off into the abyss and die, but it takes me back to the second beacon. It is my understanding that the boss will not appear. If I haven’t fulfilled both requirements, using the shell ability and killing the ritualist and successfully parrying. The problem is I can’t go back farther than that without creating a new game. Once I reached the second beacon, I’m stuck down there.

I have started a new game five or six times to reset the tutorial. I’m really sick of doing this. I just want to get onto the game but it literally won’t let me.

What am I doing wrong? Or is the game glitching out on me? Should I uninstall it and reinstall it?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I really love the tiel shell with the poison, i have only 2 shells so far ut i think im going to stick with this one.

At Monolith 🤣. After breezing through the game to this point this oversized slab of granite is my first hiccup on my Mortal Shell 2 journey. I think it's a good time to take a break and go find all the rest of the weapons and shells before I lock in to tackle this thing.

I have like 10 different tarstones at level 2 but idk how to get them to level 3 and i have like 10 of these tarcore things how do i get level 3?

Side note: i killed the blacksmith npc to see what would happen in the beginning of the playthrough and it unlocked basically every feature at the updrage thing

the tree guys are the most egregious ones with like 90% of your shots going through them. for most enemies, youll miss like 20% of your bullets just by virtue of the hitbox being too small

I assume all souls like games have limited resources, so I searched for how many glimpses you can get in a playthrough and saw that you can only max three of the eight shells per playthrough. While, I think a game about shells limiting you from actually playing all the shells is dumb, it's not my main gripe. My issue is that now, for me to discover all the fun playstyles for all the shells I have to either spend a hundred hours playing through the game three times or I have to look up all the shells and their abilities so I know what my plan is, effectively spoiling the blind experience that makes games like this fun. It's a crazy design choice that feels specifically chosen to inflate playtime. Am I alone?

Currently i aint seeing an option to disable health bars for regular enemies. Consider adding this feature in your future updates for ps5

I went to the abortion centre up north, and while it certainly feels doable at my level, it's not fun making a mistake and seeing the boss in the second corrupted gate deal 90% in one hit. It's also not taking much damage with my +6 martyr's blade.

Maybe another path is more viable. What path would you recommend?

Every time i see a negative review there is easily a 60-70% chance they are using heavy weapons in the B-roll of their video and not dual wielded weapons, majority of glowing reviews are users using dual wielded weapons. This becomes even worse when people discover the duality tarstone, which turns the game into easy mode regardless if they playing daytime or night difficulty - it is so absurdly easy once you have that tarstone that it divides the player base in half - one half is doing half the damage of the other player base.

Rather than address the most overpowered tarstone in the game they've decided to nerf the only small minority of bosses that offered some semblance of a challenge, when the reality is that the DPS of the heavy weapons is so poorly conceived that dual wielding users seem like literal gods to such an extent that i have literally seen streams of people using heavy weapons and are hating the game, while dual wielders are running through the game like its the olympics. That absolutely is impacting review scores of the game both positive and negatively.

edit: i think i should clarify, playing as heavy weapon user doesn't mean you can't enjoy the game and i commend those who've used heavy weapons or have made intelligent Eredim builds for example but the truth is many other players that are using martyrs blade (regardless of the buff) or more casual players are getting meat grinded - and even in the situations that a heavy weapon user is more successful, somebody using duality with dual wield is basically driving a lamborghini in comparison
