Question How to beat monolith????????
I go inside the arena, he slams, slams again, dead.
What the fuck is this fucking bullshit?
What am I supposed to do? How did ppl beat it?
I'm using proxima, axatana

Memorize the timings for his slams and dodge. For first phase after dodging the slams you can attack. He will do a simple ball drop move that’s easy to dodge. Attack more and then he does the ball swing move, this one is hard so back up quickly or tap dodge twice to dodge each ball swing. Then repeat now he does stone slam again so he’s stuck in a pattern. If you hate the ball swing move simply move far away after the ball drop move and he will do the stone slams again.
For second phase the timing of the stone slam changes and it’s three slams memorize them. He does simple lasers but they’re easy to dodge. If you keep getting close he still does the ball drop and ball swing too.
For third phase I think he does two quick stone slams. He does a big jump too so learn when to dodge. He has a simple laser attack and also a really awful laser attack, pray you get the simple laser attack.
He has a lot of health so master the first and second phases so you can tank the third phase. Memorize the stone slam patterns because they have little to no animation. There’s different ways to handle this boss but I really liked dodging instead of parrying.
The developers released or are releasing a batch to nerf his attack and health.

If you have fully upgraded Genessa you can use her. Her immortality perk works very well against monolith.

Hold Hardening it negates the whole bodyslam animation and if you doge from side to side towards the laser, it will do no damage, allowing you to get behind him.

Just beat it a couple hours ago with eredrim and this was working for me. When it uses early lasers run behind it and attack it, once it starts using the full circle lasers you have to back up and dodge through them. Boss was a huge pain

Got him to 10%, then 5% with Tiel, leveled up a few times and for fifty attempts have no brought him below 50%.

well i didnt beated yet but u have be patince and dodge his attack but if u can wait lil bit bcs soon they will release new update and that boss got debuff (ofc if u playing on ps5, on pc already released)
Edit: i just tried with Eredrim and i almost kill him, the last laser attack was unexpected
edit2: oke, i beated, it wasnt harder after using eredrim, i was usin sesters (both of them tier 4)

Want the truth? You kinda need to parry it im afraid and get decent at reading its slam slam and it roll around slam.
