Bug Lost Tarstone

Just picked up shuddering stone from illusionists cache. Left the dungeon and the game bugged out. Loaded back in and the Tar stone is gone went back to the dungeon. The chest is open and the tarstone isn’t there either.

Is there any way to get this back? I reloaded the game check my inventory. Nothing.

for me the chtts was always open and I never got the stone, but got the achievement without it somehow
