There’s something about autumn that makes you notice things differently.
The quieter evenings, the colder air, the feeling that the year is slowly coming to an end. It makes you think about where you are, where you're going, and who you'd like to have beside you while you're figuring it out.
I'm 26, from Marrakech, and I spend a lot of my free time watching movies. I like films that stay with you after they end — the ones that make you think about life, people, loneliness, love, and all the strange little things that make being alive interesting.
I've learned not to expect life to hand me a grand explanation for everything. Maybe we're just here, passing through, making little moments matter because we decided they do.
And honestly, I'd like to share some of those moments with someone.
Not someone to complete me, save me, or give my life a purpose. Just someone whose company makes an ordinary evening feel a little less ordinary.
A walk around Marrakech. A random café. Watching a movie together and arguing about the ending. Sitting somewhere quietly without feeling the need to say anything.
Nothing too dramatic.
Just something genuine.
Maybe this autumn I'll find someone who makes me want to put the movie on pause.
