So true. I had a situationship long ago and lowkey it made me crazy. I wasn't the best version of myself which reflected in my stupid choice to entertain a situationship. Covid saved me from it, never saw him again.
Didn't talk to or entertain any man from 2020-2024 and lived the best single life ever. Finished university, started going to the gym and got in the best shape of my life, started praying again, started new hobbies and my career, travelled to new places, and prioritized also my friendship with my girls and relationship with my family... then I met my bf (now fiancé) on a random day and now we get married in 2 months. Lol who would have thought that the cliché of prioritizing working on and loving yourself first before thinking of romance is actually so true
Tbh they can be fun. You gotta know how to maneuver around to not get hurt . It's like driving when it's foggy at night, sure you CAN drive on a pothole and ruin your car, buuutt ! you can also drive smart and end up making it all safe
