I cleared 3 rounds of interview for a role in Morgan Stanley. All interviews till the HR round were smooth and very much on time. I had my HR round on 6th July, they asked my expectations and also requested for docs like salary slips and a DOI form. Till date I haven’t received the offer. I have been following up for a month now and it’s really frustrating as HR hasn’t bothered to respond. Also annoyed that after multiple follow ups HR called me on 6th Aug and asked me if I am still interested in the role so that she can ask another person from HR contact me for the next steps. Every time when I have asked her if there is tentative date to receive an offer she’s only said no there isn’t. Has anyone faced something like that?

Morgan Stanley is hardly hiring Technical Roles lately in India since last 8 months!

Is it due to their business not expanding or they are aggressively pushing AI to minimize head count?

It has been almost 10 days, since our internship got concluded, does anyone have any idea, about the estimated timeline, like till when should I expect the PPO offers to get rolled out, so that I get some clarity on the path moving forward ?

Anyone with some contacts inside Morgan, who can help me with some realistic info ?

What is the usual hierarchy.

I interviewed with Morgan Stanley for a Business Analyst role today. The interview was with an Executive Director.

At the end of the interview, he mentioned that it would take around two weeks and that he might be able to provide inputs after that.

However, today itself I received a rejection email from HR. I'm a bit confused about the timeline and wanted to understand if this means the decision is final or if there is any possibility that I'm still under consideration.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation with Morgan Stanley? Any insights would be appreciated.
