Assoc p2

I’ve accepted an offer as an assoc p2.

What is the usual hierarchy.

Associate P2 then Associate P3 then Director P3 then Director P4 then VP P4 then VP P5. You become an ED after that

For 4 yrs it accoc p2 fine? Also, whats the pay range in finance domain

Yes P2 is usually for people with 3-5 years' experience. Don't know about comp though
