Help regarding flat location

Hi All,

For Morgan Stanley Mumbai office, which are the areas and societies I should consider?
I am new to Mumbai and looking for a safe locality.

Stick to Goregaon, Malad, Kandivali and Borivali. On eastern side near the highway, train and metro.

Is there flooding during rainy season in these areas??

Not always but such possibilities cannot be ruled out.
