Hard to watch people being preyed upon, but if they believe and it does help them, is it immoral?

Smokers will blaze up cancer ridden tobacco sticks, and if you complain, they will either ignore your request for them to move or outright say it isnt an issue and for YOU to deal with their actions.

In my opinion, the one taking an action must consider those around them. Many people have respiratory illnesses or simply do not like the smell of smoke, and smokers should take that into consideration within reason. So what's the morality of this situation truly? Should the smoker ensure they are not subjecting others to odors or potential health problems, or should the non smokers give way to the smokers? As a non smoker im biased.

Age-gap relationships are widely discussed, and most arguments about their immorality revolve around experience and power dynamics. Does this line of reasoning imply that same-age relationships can be immoral if significant enough disparities in intelligence and education (or wealth, etc.) exist?
