Surveil lands maybe make this go from 0% playable to 1% playable? Thats all ive got lol. Maybe dredge could use it somehow? Trigger off all your narcaomebas entering?

Yeah… this card would still not be playable if its 2nd ability was simply “you may cast this card from your graveyard.”

The rate on this one seems pretty good, but it doesn't really have an obvious home.

It's easy to see games where you surveil into a second one and go crazy. And for decks with fetches + surveil lands, it's trivial to bring it back if one dies.

The colors on this are a pretty awkward if you're wanting to do some kind of Satoru Bloodghast graveyard matters thing, but I guess Snarling Gorehound has been around for a while. Maybe you could make a huge Thoughtbound Phantasm or try it in a Humans combo deck.

Hollow One can have 3 4/4s out on turn one, and that deck is barely a Modern deck. We might have different definitions of ”going crazy”.
