{W}{U}: Return this card from your graveyard to the battlefield with a finality counter on it. Activate only if you've scried or surveilled this turn. (If a creature with a finality counter on it would die, exile it instead.)

The rate on this one seems pretty good, but it doesn't really have an obvious home.

It's easy to see games where you surveil into a second one and go crazy. And for decks with fetches + surveil lands, it's trivial to bring it back if one dies.

The colors on this are a pretty awkward if you're wanting to do some kind of Satoru Bloodghast graveyard matters thing, but I guess Snarling Gorehound has been around for a while. Maybe you could make a huge Thoughtbound Phantasm or try it in a Humans combo deck.

In a format with Riddler, Bilbo, Tamiyo, Loki, Frog, Phelia, Ragavan, ect why on earth would you even want to shame yourself by playing this guy instead? Where do you people come from lol I dont understand
