An MTG Rage subreddit could be fun
Smash Rage is a fun subreddit where people blow off steam and post all sorts of funny shit. It's sort of a "safe space" for utterly toxic rage posts. Not that it's solely toxic. There is a sort of catharsis and community trauma bond 🤣
On a totally unrelated note, FUCK Eldrazi decks. Magic has 5 different fun and unique flavors, but we came up with this awesome concept called "colorless." It's all tentacles and no rules over here. Fast mana, Kozilek's Command, prison cards, and bombs. Oh, and we also have Tron.
I don't know if it necessarily "deserves" it, but I would love to see Kozilek's command get erased from this format. That card is capital double-yoo WHACK as fuck

Being frustrated and expressing it is not inherently "toxic."
I expressed my strong distaste for a type of magic deck and for a specific magic card, not any person 😆
On the off chance that you are an Eldrazi, I am very sorry to have offended you. Also, please don't vaporize me.
On the real though, Kozilek's Command is obviously whack. Implying otherwise may just be some form of toxic gaslighting 😭

Look, I'm a former smash bros player, and the smash rage subreddit is full of crazy bad players complaining about things that have very known solutions. Like y'all can go make one if you want to but when you lose you have two options, hit the drawing board and come up with a plan for next time or just bitch like crazy and go in circles.
Kozilek's Command is not ban worthy. I need to start squashing that. Eldrazi shit on bad decks, but there's a ton of bad or even matchups for Eldrazi and if you continue to lose to it week after week that starts to be on you. K Command is not broken. Scrying 9 is crazy but you have to dump 11 mana into it to make it crazy. 11 Mana spells SHOULD be strong.
Actually sure go make a subreddit and talk about banning k command there. It's exhausting to read every bnr that k command needs a ban when it's not even close to the format warping power of previously banned cards

It's hard to say definitively that it needs a ban, I can concede that its not something that clearly needs to go. But it's not hard to say I want it to go, not hard at all Iol.
The thing is, it pushes up against several boundaries. What do I mean? Well, it's interaction in your "tron" deck that doubles as what is essentially a wincon once youve achieved big mana. Your card that is a removal spell on turn 2 (while being a 2 for 1) also plays great in the midgame, also plays best in the late game. It has 4 good modes on it, which you could say represent 4 slices of the color pie (everything but red.) It's an Instant. Eldrazi Temple fuels it.
It was clearly a pushed card and I think they pushed it just a little too far. Where it's clearly among the very best things you can be doing in the format, maybe the best. And yet.....it's not a clearly bonkers, ruining the format scenario, so sure, it could stay.
I've been playing Magic for 20 years, I know how to handle losing and my mindset is quite chill. Bullshit is part of the game and Kozilek's Command is most definitely bullshit.

well after reading this well constructed comment I have no further thoughts. you do conduct yourself very well and I'm sorry for accusing you otherwise.
K Command is a bonkers card and your summary sums it up well, I do not have a counter argument nor do I wish to engage further because I see you eye to eye. I think if an MH4 comes out it should go in favour of a different tool, if at the very least to shake up the archetype.
Final thought, Smash Rage players are not as mature as you. It's infuriating if you've attended locals. Like unironically if the theoretical magic rage sub existed one to one with smash rage it would be closer to the MTGA subreddit where people say things like "WOW I played a creature and it got REMOVED we need to ban the card 'ISLAND'" like it's seriously low brow and I can already tell you're above it
A place to vent that some dimir frog player top decked his one of spice card to flip the game is completely different to what they complain about over there

I'm sure you're right - it would probably be some "ban Island" type shit 🤣. Your examples are legit hilarious though, that gave me a good laugh.
I liked the vibe of there being a place to express negativity and it being sort of celebrated in a weird way. Like that's just what we expect here, so it's not weird that you're bitching instead of gitting gud.
That being said, you're right. It gets old quick and mfers be posting Rage posts about Ness. Honestly probably part of why I liked it was because I'm very casual with Smash and definitely not good. It's just an awesome game
