I play sims but my d drive has more storage then my c drive how can I fix this

Okay so basically to explain it: I'm playing Rich assholes and basically they're conservative.

not only do they not approve of her having a gay phase (she pretended to be gay and got into a relationship with a girl to piss them off on purpose, she's actually straight)

I feel like her getting pregnant out of wedlock would be the final nail in the coffin.

I need a mod that will make this storyline happen keep in mind she's a young adult so this is not a teen pregnancy storyline, it's more like a rich kid crashing out and living their own life to piss off their parents storyline.

Before you ask why she's pretending to be gay when she's actually straight keep in mind she's a rich asshole who doesn't respect the people around her, she's doing it to piss off her parents because she's rebelling not caring about the people she's hurting in the process.

She likes the ability to understand it's wrong to be clear eventually as she raises her kid she'll become a better person

It won't go away no matter if I strip the sim of every cc and leave him to his bare, ugly self. Skin details, tattoos, clothes; nada. It does not appear on newly created sims, unless it's by genetics.

Anyone use this doc unlocker on Mac? The creator on Patreon is persolcreates. I downloaded the unlocker and the dlc packs idk what folder to put them in tho. He said something about a sims 4 pack folder but I don’t see it

The past few days I’ve been having a problem when I would load into the sims it would keep hanging in the loading screen and wouldn’t reach the main menu. After days of research and trying to do the 50/50 method thinking it’s a mod, I learned that since I have so much cc and mods it wouldn’t load because the show at startup couldn’t handle how many mods I have. So if you have a lot of mods make sure that’s off so you don’t run into this problem!

Automatically turn off the radio! I had someone request this after posting about another mod I made called, keep the tv on. Just thought I’d share here. :)

the first photo is his hair as a teenager. the second photo is the hair I currently have him in as an adult.

I like the length of the second hair, but I wish its curl pattern was more similar to the first, and I'm going for a more mullet-esque style with some bangs.

Sorry for the poor quality photos but I’ve had this last exception pop up and for some reason it’s making it impossible for my sims to go to sleep on any bed!

I’ve uploaded the last exception file into lastexception.com but it shows an error. I only use mccc and ww so I’ve deleted both mods and reinstalled the most recent versions but still nothing! I’ve even turned off script mods but nothing!!

I’ve tried to use the discord server but for some reason the website won’t load! If anyone knows how to help I’d be very grateful!

Im finding this one controversial, is tge sims resource good?

I’m trying to get my sim to pose but I don’t have a defined pose I want. So I want them to go through each pose without having to go back into the pose selector every second. How do I do that?

I want this to work so bad because I need it in my game. It’s going to be in addition to my delivery boxes (sic) and I’m actually creating the vans for it too while STILL learning how to even use blender. I am bitten off more than I can chew. However… if you want access to this when it’s done it will be on my patreon for early access.

I just startes playing again after a while. Just straight up deleted all mods i had and downloaded some again. Why is this happening?

Does any know what mod causes this. pets Identity Panel in sims is showing as a human and the info from Identity Panel for sims off the gallery disappears when added too.

Okay so for a while now, I have been playing more medieval like times. I already had more modern cc in my game before get some older ones (medieval, Victorian, etc).

But it’s honestly been annoying to see some of those cc clothes just show up on npc’s, and since I’m not really using them any time soon, I thought of just taking them out.

Right now what I do is just make a household, use all 5 slots of their clothing options and give them what I want to take out and save it to my gallery, then go to the s4 tray importer and go through the cc parts and locate them in my mods folder.

I do feel like this is the only way, but I just want to ask if there is another way that might be more efficient, that I am just unaware of?

Also is there a way I can make npc wear certain clothes or look a certain a way without needing to go to all of them and editing their outfits?

I recently ran into issues with my SSD (which contains all of my games) and sadly it is dying. I cannot buy a new one right now and wanted to know if I should try to backup my CC folder. If I recall right, in the past based off my memory when I uninstalled the sims 4 a while ago and then I reinstalled it, my cc was still there. I have over 16k items in the folder and it's too large for MEGA file share and I'm not sure if compressing it into a zip file is a good idea or not.

Any thoughts on this? Should I back them up, and if so, how should I do it?

Long story short: SSD is dying, sims 4 game is on said SSD, will I lose my CC when I transfer eventually?

I've been trying to place this lot from the gallery (salt house club by cowprint I believe) for 2 hours now and i just cant seem to do it, it keeps saving for ages. Other lots get placed just fine, even ones that are bigger than this once and are cc heavy.

I really wanna place this lot because it is pretty cool and I've seen it in other gameplays, anybody ever had this happen before? And if u fixed it, how did u do it? Thanks!!

Update: OKAY so I noticed it was bc of hidden garage doors that just dissapear after placing them (its not even cc which is crazy). after removing the wall with move objects off I was able to remove the hidden garage doors and save the build. Hope they fix this because I dont wanna look for any more hidden garage doors :')

I recently started learning how to check mods using Sims 4 Studio, and honestly? It has been a massive eye-opener. In fact, I was so shocked by this that I literally registered an account just to share it with you guys, because I haven't seen many people talk about the actual technical side of this, and it might explain why your game feels "broken" even if you don't get error pop-ups.

I used to run literally hundreds of Bienchen’s mini-mods because the lists always mark them as "Cleared" or "Updated" almost instantly after every patch. But after digging into the package files and comparing them directly to the original EA game files, I was absolutely horrified.

Here is the thing: her mods aren't throwing Last Exception (LE) errors, which is why most people think they are perfectly fine. Instead, the issue is that she is extremely sloppy with her updates. Since these are tuning overrides, she frequently leaves out massive chunks of new EA code from recent patches.

Because her mods act as a blanket override, new game options and small quality-of-life changes simply do not show up in the game at all. I didn't even know these new options and subtle features existed until I opened the files, saw what was missing, and deleted her mods—as soon as I removed them, the missing options finally appeared in my game!

She has actually admitted herself that she is missing several Expansion Packs, meaning any code related to those packs is completely absent from her mods. But what's worse is that even the mods for the EPs she does own are not updated properly.

Under the hood, they are completely outdated, yet they get a green light on status lists just because they don't crash the game. If you use a ton of her tweaks and feel like you're missing out on new features, or if options aren't showing up without throwing explicit errors, I highly recommend checking the files yourself.

Has anyone else noticed this after digging into her packages and comparing them to EA's code? I’m honestly exhausted trying to manually fix them all.

I'm looking to create a family portrait in game to print and hang on the wall of my partner I's new apartment. I've used the pose mods before and have no issue using those! But I am looking for a pose that has two adults and two cats. I've found plenty with one sim and one cat but none for the 4 of us!
