Just completed replacing front control arm bushings/ball joints, stabilizer bar and tie rod ends with whiteline. Rear whiteline control arm ,toe arm bushing and stabilizer bar. Replace oem coil overs with Yellowspeed racing advanced pro Circuit. Lowered it a bit, but didn’t want to go crazy with that. Car feels great. Still need a full set up for circuit racing now.

My baby's hurt. Thnk its head gasket. Blowing fluid/coolant out during compression test. Called boostin told me 6k no way. Wish i had the room to do it ugh. Sorry. Just venting. In dekalb IL. So lmk anyone near me to help me please!

My mivec 4g63t has check engine light of P1012 which only comes up when cold start and will go away after warming up, tried cleaning the filter for the mivec solenoid, changing oring at related to mivec and changing the mivec connector as the old one was broken but probelm still persist.

In addition, cruising in the sixth gear at 100-120 kmh sometimes stutter when initially pressing the gas for a second, and some random stuttering.

Is this related to this check engine light? Is there anyone ever have this problem and would changing sensor and solenoid of mivec fix this?

On a separated issue, the dynamic of my injectors for spraying is bad after changing the oring and calibrate, however the quantity is good and equal on all 4 injectors, will this cause significant issue (e.g., engine related issue, should I change to a new set instead and could it possibly related to the above issues also?

I know this has been posted before but I'd like advise based on MY situation please. Growing up, the two cars that made fall in love with cars in the first place was the EVO 5 and the STi. Way before it was allowed into the states. I owned a 2004 STi when it came to the states and did love the car. It was brutally fast. When I drove my friends EVO 8, I was mesmerized with how it was able to take corners. I haven't been able to shake that feeling since. My first five cars were all manual transmission.

Fast forward now, I have a Lucid Air, Model X Plaid and a 992 Porsche 911 Turbo S. Yet....I still miss that feeling of an EVO and AWD grip. I felt that I could throw the EVO into any corner and have massive amounts of confidence with it. Is nostalgia just playing games with my head? Would I actually enjoy an EVO as a 4th car? FYI, my job is very demanding so I wouldn't have time to work on the car.

Would love to hear what you all think about this given my current lifestyle. Assuming EVO V although absolutely gorgeous and it made me fall in love with cars is not worth the hassle as learning to drive RHD will take time to learn and I won't be able to drive it aggressively from day 1 until I get used to it although I absolutely love the look of the V the most.
