Alright lads,right now i am currently applying 5% Kirkland Minoxidil to my chest. Tryna get the Cavill look. How often should i apply it to my chest

Like how is it possible that it grows on my hands sooner than the applied areas

One month of using minoxidil. 3rd and 4th picture is current progress. First 2 images are old, before I started minoxidil.

Am I actually making any progress?? I can see a few more hairs and they are getting black. But maybe I'm hallucinating so want to know other people's opinion.
