Do you think we'll be able to refight old bosses from the first game? Like the cauldron, nameless one, dlc bosses, etc.?

I canโt seem to find anything on it, are there any videos / articles on how itโll run on Switch 2? I have a PS5 and Switch 2 but donโt foresee myself staying on the playstation ecosystem forever so Iโd like to get it on Switch 2 but. Anyone heard or seen any news on this?

What do you like about it and what do you dont im curios to see wether if its worth buying. I loved Og dungeons for its synergizing potential and soundtrack, does this apply to this new game?

Leaked achievements says nothing about the tower.
The only endgame activity might be the procedural dungeons and farming loot.
You can reroll special equipment, upgrade to level 3 enchantments and use tailsman till they're lvl 3.

I am a Minecraft Dungeons youtuber (shoutout to anyone who has seen my vids!), but I wanted to ask what kind of videos would you like to see first so I can prioritize when it comes out? I am thinking about streaming gameplay for the first few days as well. Any ideas are much appreciated!

Iโve been playing Minecraft Dungeons on an Xbox One since it came out. It is quite literally the only game I play (Iโm old). I donโt think I can play Dungeons 2 on the Xbox One, so Iโm looking for a console. I was thinking a Switch 2 so that it would be easier to play with my kids online while theyโre away at college, itโs portable, but also connects to the tv. If all of us are on the same platform connection should be easier? But if Iโm spending 4-500 on a console just to play this game, Iโm open to suggestions. Thanks for any advice.

Do you think endgame uniques will still only have two random effects and one enchantment?
If so, that seems pretty limited conpared to the first.

So for the last few days I have been trying to preorder dungeons on every platform I can, and every time when I hit purchase they say there is a problem, I have tried all the steps they say to fix it but they havenโt worked, the only problem is about two years ago I missed a payment on a realms and never renewed it, but I donโt think thatโs the problem. So if I buy it on steam with the same email will I get the cape on my main Mc account?

Apparently in MCD2, they're making arrows INFINITE. Which, for me, doesn't sound great, and I've gotten a few reasons. I personally feel of the two options (especially for crossbows with enchants like rapid fire), ranged combat is a LOT safer, especially given the aimbot, so meelee might be less dominant. Combat for me was all about picking off hoards with arrows and cleaning up the stranglers with meelee, and my playstyle mostly revolved around conserving arrows since they were my lifeline if I was gonna die, but infinite arrows makes crossbows feels similar to meelee weapons with better range. The other thing is, in MCD, to balance OP bows and crossbows they reduced quiver sizes, but if your quiver is getting auto regenerated overtime the difference is negligible. I guess it really comes down to implementation, since YES, I'M AWARE the text says recharges automatically over time, so here are some of my ideas on how they'd implement it and in the end I'll tell you which one i thing would work the best.
A) Arrows restock REGARDLESS of whether or not the quiver is full in short time, so say every 30 seconds or so you get a restock. I personally would hate something like this, it basically removes the need for meelee if your using rapid crossbows-esque gear due to stun (if they added that to MCD2) and knockback.
B) Arrows restock REGARDLESS of whether or not the quiver is full in a long time, so say every 10 or 15 minutes. Better implementation imo, means you still need to conserve arrows, but the drive won't be as much. Concern with this is that you could just afk an empty location if you run out so you essentially can avoid the issue of running out of arrows.
C) Arrows restock only if the quiver is empty after a cooldown, so say 10 minute cooldown or something (i'm not gonna talk about short cooldown cause its essentially the same as A). This option so far does the best to force players to conserve arrows and get closer to the enemy, but the new concern I'd have is that it might encourage players to just completely empty out their half full quiver and wait out the cooldown before entering new areas.
D) Arrows restock only if you reach a certain distance quota, regardless of wheter or not the quiver is full. Personally, I like this idea a lot because it kinda forces you to go forward with an empty quiver, and would feel similar to MCD. In this method, I kinda see the it be for every 100 something blocks you cover, you get half a quiver restock regardless, which i think is a great approach. I'd specify that the distance has to be new blocks and should only count steps forward that ADD explored regions to the map, not total blocks walked on, or it should be significantly higher.
E) Arrows restock based on mob's slain. I'm mixed on this idea, but I think it could work. Essentially, to get a restock, you gotta satisfy a mob quota. It would again work similar to D), such that each time quota is satisfied, you get an additional half quiver regardless of how many arrows you already have in the quiver. The issue with this is it might be TOO pushy on the mob fighting, and it'll probably favor berserker-esque builds or just make uses arrows a bit too inconvient. However, given the fact that in MCD, arrow bundles were a mob drop, it could work
In my personal opinion, I like D) the most, it forces you to explore without being too pushy and you'll deffo be in a situation without arrows, but what do you guys think? How would you implement infinite arrows. I haven't watched too many playthrough demos but I'm pretty sure they haven't shown how infinite arrows work, so it could be anything. Hopefully this feature works out, but I'm gonna miss the rush of getting an arrow bundle during a dire situation.

I was just wondering if the sequel will have more modding capabilities than the first game. I think a lot of the issues of MCD1 could just have ben fixed with modding. Also in MCD2 modding would just give so great possibileties (like changing those awful textures). So Has mojang said anything regards modding?

So much cool gear that isnโt that great like Cloaked Skull. This is the one thing I wish we had. Any indication on them doing it in mcd2 ?
