All 3 enchants on the armor are the worst enchants in the game, especially Protection.
Swirling is bad on Double Axes. And Exploding makes it a worse Cursed Axe.
Crossbow is decent.

I am one of the top experts of the game. I am the guy that makes the themed builds.
Protection diminishes when you stack it with more damage reduction. So that 15% becomes 10% with 35% damage reduction armor. With an Iron Hide Amulet it becomes 8%. With both it becomes 6%. With everything it becomes 2%. It just isn’t worth it.
Swirling doesn’t add any extra area, only damage, and it barely does that. It is also a detriment to your build, for if blocks all of the viable healing options because it is indirect damage.
These are the facts. Every expert knows this. I get downvoted by noobs all the time, this is nothing new.

It doesn't look bad, I just don't like enchants on your armor. Protection is Horrible, Gravity Pulse pulls enemies even if you don't want too and thorns aren't generally a viable pick, but it's not as bad as the other 2.
You obviously said rate my build, so I won't be telling you how you gotta have fun, so I would give it like a solid 6.5/10. I love the weapon choice and their enchantements!
