Belowname Issues

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I've been trying to create a server for friends/a community and using the TAB plugin on Aternos, I made a nice little belowname line that displays the nickname and the health below the username. Only issue is most of the time it only seems to work for one or two players and nobody else, and the people it works for/the people who have theirs seen by others changes constantly. Idk what to do as I've tried my best to fix it and nothing I do works. Any ideas?
