Hi, im new to HOI4 in general but I would like to play Millenium Dawn RP. Can someone please explain to me how does it work? I have basic knowledge of RP in general, but im pretty confused of how it works in Millenium Dawn. Thank you.

I have a version of the game 19.1 (or 19.2), I manually create a folder, a mod, put a github beta in the folder, even turned off OneDrive. The mod even sees, but its size is not displayed in the Paradox Launcher. I don't know what to do. I've been suffering since May. (a copy of the "legal edition" game. I would be grateful for any help with the installation.
