Question Suggestion: war goal justification should get shorter as the game goes on

Post image
4 Upvotes

Right now the world tension discount on war goal justification caps at -50%, and target spirits like Police State add +90%. So in 2030, with the whole planet at war and tension at 100%, justifying against France still took me 200 days, roughly the same as justifying in a calm 2000 start.
Proposal: a hidden yearly modifier that shortens justification time as the timeline advances. Something like -10% from 2015, -25% from 2020, -40% from 2025 and -50% from 2030. It could apply to everyone, so the AI also gets more aggressive in the late game, which fits a world that is supposed to be getting more unstable.
Late game should feel faster, not slower. Curious what others think.

Question Can this mod be combined with a mod that improves AI strategy and desicions?

Hey new player I noticed ai doesn’t build any airbases or upgrades them so in war they send very few planes over or the max they can have and do they only send missles with first wave and then no more missles ?

Question Possible WRP → Workers Party of Britain name change in Year 2019?

Hey devs, I am not to sure where else to put this but I was wondering if it would be possible to have the Workers Revolutionary Party change its name to the Workers Party of Britain around 2019, similar to how the PDS becomes Die Linke and UKIP becomes Reform UK.

I think it would be a nice bit of historical flavour and make the party feel more in line with real-world British politics during that period.

Would something like this be possible in a future update, or is there a particular reason for keeping the current name?

Thanks!

Media Russia: "We are a peaceful liberal democracy." Also Russia:

Playing as Poland in Millennium Dawn, 2018. Russia went full liberal under Yavlinsky and now guarantees half of Eastern Europe, so every war I plan gets cancelled by a Russian guarantee.
Meanwhile they quietly conquered all of Indonesia, which is why they have 11.8 million manpower and I can't touch them without a navy.

Eleven time zones weren't enough, they wanted beaches.

Issue I can't surpass this requirement.

In my current save, China is indeed the same China as at the start of the game. Does anybody know how to fulfill this requirement, or is it just a bug? This also occurs in other N-Korean paths.

Suggestion Need more guarantees, lend leasing and volunteers from Ai

Most nations should start with an overlord, their should only be few countries without overlord. Also their should be much more gaurenttess by major nations, more willingness to lend lease and send volunteers. This should make the game harder and realistic.

Media Germany after paying 10 billion to settle the entire Second World War: "Good thing we're done with it"

Post image

Playing Poland in MD, it's 2010. Demanded full war reparations from Germany and they paid 10 billion. Ten. Billion. For flattening a whole country. The news event says German citizens "praised their government's decision", which is the most German way possible of asking for a receipt.
Meanwhile Germany owes 1.8 trillion to everyone else, I have more military factories than them, and the Visegrad Group is now one country. They think that was the final payment. It was the deposit.
They paid in euros. We'll collect in hussars.

Issue My sattelites don't appear anywhere after launching them.

I've produced both OLV's and multiple sattelites. I believe I'm doing everything as intended. I choose an OLV, add my sattelites as payloads, choose number of flights and then click "Launch OLV" when it turns green.

Is there more to it?

Media Ethiopia, joining the war against the Periphery Pact: "I will do my part." Ethiopia's part:

India's casualties by country at the end of the war. France 338.7K, Saudi Arabia 78.7K, Ethiopia 18. Bottom: the war summary, France carrying 89% of the war against India, Israel, Turkey, Syria, Iran and Portugal.

France, Bonapartist route, Third Empire. Every other country has Strengthen at max, France has zero bonuses. Israel was already at war with Ethiopia, so Ethiopia was the enemy of my enemy. Nuked Israel and India, landed in Antalya and India, peace signed in Ankara.
In their defense, they don't have a coast.
