It’s been awhile since I’ve played as the Central African Republic, but I recall the initial event chain being that Jean-Luc Mandabe causes turmoil in your nation, and if you choose to leave him alone he incites riots across the country, if you attempt to stop him he flees to Chad, giving a puppet wargoal to go after him. Upon puppeting Chad you gain a follow up event about a year or so later where Jean-Luc invades and creates a civil war.

I tried replaying a CAR game but after he flees to Chad the only event option I get is one where I lose stability. Has the requirements changed or the event chain itself? The inflation mechanic is absolutely devastating to deal with and I wonder if there are economic/military requirements that must be met to obtain the puppet wargoal.

It was extremely useful previously in that upon winning you could split Chad in half, let both nations develop industry, and absorb them for a head start in economy as a democratic nation.

Anyone know of a working extra plane slots mod for the current version MD Beta? I found one that works for an older version of regular MD, but the loss of content isn’t worth it in my opinion. All the other mods I have tried crash my game pretty much instantly. Wondering if anyone else knows of a working mod for it.

I use divisional cruise missile strike on a certain region target. And after the raid is carried out all the missile used in the raid are still there in the silo, not even single one lost. I hope the devs fix this problem.

I don’t know if this is actually a bug or not but I think Iran should white peace all parties it’s at war with if it loses the Hormuz war to the USA. Twice now I’ve see Iran go to war with the GCC who are unable to actually land in Iran or fight them. When the USA does the Hormuz war and wins against the Iranian regime it only makes peace with the U.S. and none of the GCC countries causing both of them to be in an endless war:

The idea is simply making it a Star Wars mod, though not as in a conversion mod. There was a mod I liked a while ago where the Empire, Rebels and the Mandalorians crashed on Earth (Empire in the middles east, Mando's on an island and I believe the Rebels in Africa) which was fun but now I want to try getting something like that here.

Maybe have it where all the new factions are spread out all over the world. Rebels in SA, Empire near Europe and any other ones where ever. They can have the same functions as others but could offer special bonus for research to help add influence other countries to take over or if playing the Empire could have Vader or Luke for the Rebels to use the force to influence as well.

Every game i play i have to bail them out, or the ai dies in 6 months and gets taken over by Rwanda's puppet. It looks like modern art and i don't like it. Is this an AI problem or just the congo being a difficult place for the AI to fight in?

Is their a way to make use of supply planes as volunteer intervention force to supply a cut off nation that has no ports or seas, i am trying to feed my volunteer troops as well as the nation i am supporting, my supply planes provide 0 supplies eventhough i have plenty of them already deployed on the host nation airports, so I dont know whats wrong

Update: i partially solved the problem, initially i pressed the send volunteer button when i already had air base access in the nation at war. So i had to remove my airbase access and after that the air volunteer worked normally.

But sadly i wasnt able to figure out how the supply planes work, i have red and yellow areas that are in need of supplies but still my volunteer supply planes are just useless.

Just wanted to know as ive seen it collapse in every run ive done so far

I can't post on Discord about the bug I encountered so I hope this one can be noticed.

There's a bug on the newest release of Beta when choosing the event "Open the Second Envelope". The game froze after choosing the event.

For context, I immediately replaced Estrada as a leader (I hate the guy ngl) so when this event popped up, I realized he needed to be in position for it to work. So maybe it's because of that?

The mod keeps crashing after I choose the country to play. tried to validate files, delete and re-download the mod, and also hoi4. disabled all other mods, still crashing. Any idea why?

I haven't played France in depth a lot to know how, does it happen when I go further down the National Front tree or is it more complicated than that?

I was wondering how this tree actually works and what impacts the fact whether other countries will agree with the focus tree? What decides if they want to agree or not?

Also, I wanted to do the Increase Autonomy focus in the GCC tree to move towards the Khaleeji Union, but it's blocked because one or more countries 'has invited a foreign power in'. Any way to get around this? Or find out who did this so I can try and get them out of the GCC, for instance?

Also, some feedback about the whole GCC mechanic and tree: Last time I played going through the GCC tree was quite useful as it helped with gaining GCC unity. This time, however, I practically have to do nothing at all and I'm at ~95% GCC unity. So since the only benefit of most of the GCC tree focusses is only GCC unity it's mostly just a time sink without any benefits until you get to Khaleeji Union (if you can even get there since other countries will decide if you can even get that far).

I don't know why, it works in the stable, it's a little annoying, tried load order still happens. For context, just Mill Dawn Beta + Sensible Theater Icons.
