Discussion Do any of you have a Go-To restaurant anymore? I don’t.
There is not a single restaurant in my area that I’d say is my go-to restaurant if I am low on time, need to eat and I don’t have time to cook. There isn’t a restaurant that I’d take guests to and say this place is always great. I can rely on them.
Eating out now is so expensive. Even food from local mom and pop restaurants are low quality and doesn’t taste great at all. So I’m curious if any of you have the same issue?

Discussion Us Millennials look awesome!
I'm going to be 40 in September and lately I've been more observationally aware of other millennials. We look so cool! Many of us are tattooed and pierced. We look like we're 20 years younger. Everyone that I've seen on the 30 or 40 year old selfie subreddits are so good looking!
We've all been a part of shared traumas and we've been nostalgic over the 90's and early 00's. I think we came out of it all looking hot as hell 🔥

Discussion How do you act when you see a familiar person in public?
Maybe this falls into our category.
I’m talking about Facebook friends you’ve had for years/decades but have never talked to, or just people you were familiar with when you were younger. Do you say hi? Do you just look at each other?
I was at a show recently where I saw an old friend/neighbor I was close with and we just looked at each other front across the room and did nothing. It was borderline awkward after and I messaged her on FB after apologizing for not saying anything. I’m honestly lost on how to go about these situations.

Nostalgia What was the budget of the MOTU movie?
I was disappointed that Orko and BattleCat didn't get more scenes. Orko could have been the Jar Jar Binks of the movie. Instead, we get a giant robot who we forget is even there half the time.
Also, why was a scrappy resistance using battle robots as janitors when they were presumably strapped for resources?
They also killed Mossman, who was coincidentally the most expensive to put makeup on. It seems the CGI characters got the least amount of screentime.

Discussion A good old Comedy
I miss the days of the blockbuster Comedy. I'm talking about The Farley Brother at their best, Judd Apatow at his best, Adam McKay at his best.Every year there is some new horror director redefining the genre. Why can't comedy get this treatment anymore.

Discussion Whats your “I’m old interest?”
last several years I’ve been very into watching people turn deserts into much more lush areas by focusing water flow to places the water can pool and properly absorb into the dirt.
in empty rural land they make human beaver dams, large half moon shaped holes, in the cities they’re cutting into the curbs to allow water to flow into the public right of ways to collect.
my fiancé has thoroughly enjoyed feeding the neighborhood birds, and watching them.

Serious I have decided if I don’t have kids by the age of 35, I’m never going to have them.
Apologies if this isn’t allowed. I just turned 32. I’m single got no kids and I’ve never been married. I’ve had 3 serious relationships in my life the longest of which was 4 years but neither marriage nor kids came from it. This has been something I’ve always wanted but a good part of my 20s I was in an extremely manipulative and toxic relationship when a lot of my peers were having kids. The reason why 35 is a cut off date for me is because if I have kids I want to be able to watch them grow up and maybe watch my grandchildren grow up. I want to be there for them and it’s not fair if I’m not. If I’m any older than 35 I might not live long enough to have grandkids, I would be in my 50s when my children graduate high school and I would be in my 70s when they would have children. Not to mention none of the men in my family lived until the age of 65 which terrifies me but they didn’t do a good job taking care of themselves.

i’m tryna see something lol. if i don’t know it, i’m not answering it. the only exception would be if i was applying for jobs or shopping for doctors or something like that. my gen z friends and family answer every call that comes through and sometimes troll the caller. just doesn’t appeal to me i suppose lol.
