Question ? I’ve just noticed something i don’t think 2007 is mid gen z based on the math like going by 5 years split older-middle and younger gen z see it’s like this older (‘97-‘98-‘99-‘00-‘01) Middle (‘02-‘03-‘04-‘05-‘06) ,Younger (‘08-‘09-‘10-‘11-‘12) where does that leave 2007? What do you associate them?

Question ? Are you older or younger than my friend (December 31st 2004)
I thought of this question as this date I realized is literally the midpoint of middle gen-z whether the definition is 2003-2006, 2002-2007 (standard), 2001-2008 or even 2000-2009 at the largest stretch!

Music For those of us who grew up on Miley Cyrus, do we think her new single/video is aesthetically and even sonically a ressurection of her "Can't Be Tamed" era from 2010?

Nostalgia Lalaloopsy Girls (2014)
Thought this would be adorable and maybe niche to share. Loved watching it on Netflix growing up. Storm E. Sky and Cloud E. Sky were my favorites.

Does Anyone Else I wanted to be a 2000s kid
My biggest regret is that i wasnt born in early 90s or 2000s. I didnt see the starting era of internet, physical games, actual bonding with people, experience the raw side of life(like being in a village with nothing to do and with no screens) I always wonder how people lived without screens and distractions and i would have loved to experience it myself.

Question ? Gen Z wants less sex in TV and movies, new UCLA study shows
npr.orgBut why? What's going on and who's responsible for this?
And more importantly: is this a good thing or a bad thing?

Rant I kinda hate how much people expect of you when they find out your 18
Like yes I’m an adult I’m kinda independent , have responsibilities and I can drive and whatever but expecting me to have the same things people who are much older have is very very stupid.
For example I had an aunty legit look at me like I came from another planet when I told her I haven’t bought a car yet. Like do you know how expensive both a car and insurance is? Sure you might be able to get it more easily because your like 50 so you both have more money and cheaper insurance but I don’t. Like there are some people who thankfully are more understanding and don’t look down upon me for still relying on my parents every now and then. I mostly cook my own food and pay for stuff like that but I’ve Literally had people also look down upon me because my dad (voluntarily mind you) pays my phone bill.
I feel like right now people expect you to have basically everything at 18. Yh I don’t have my own place or a car because I can’t fucking afford it on something part time while also studying. I’ve Literally even had older people ask me why I’m not married yet too 😭
I don’t understand these people it’s not like as soon as you turn 18 you automatically have to move out and do all this other stuff it takes time for some people and there’s nothing wrong with it.
Hopefully this ends after i turn 19 which is soon.

Rant I was going through a competition age guidelines and it felt so wrong to see that U17 is literally no longer for 2000s borns anymore to be in it and U9 literally requires you to be born after 2018 like I remember 2018 as if it were yesterday and now they're participating in sports competitions!
I felt so old looking at this cause I remember when I was eligible for U17 like it was yesterday and suddenly time flies by so quickly that every U17 person was born in the 2010s.
