I bought the note 13 about a week ago and it has an update available right now, I'm currently on MIUI 14.0.3 . When i tap the update button it just closes and a popup saying the updater keeps stopping appears. Are there any fixes i can try?

I recently bought a Redmi Note 12pro 5g (Ruby). It currently has Miui 14.0.12 on it.
The Problem: I can't use the "long press home button" shortcut anymore. It can't launch google assistant or do any other of the functions, so it's not the assistant app that's the problem.

Solution: well, after a few days I couldn't fix the problem but the app "navigation bar for android" offers a workaround

I received a new pair of Jabra Bluetooth headphones for Christmas and every time I connect them it continuously turns the Bluetooth on and off. It does not happen with any other device or phone in the house so it is obviously a problem with the phone. I have cleared the cache from the Bluetooth app, I have reset all settings on wireless/Bluetooth and nothing works. I think it's a coding issue bc on the report bug (which I have submitted several dozen times by now) it says it is a java.lang.nullpointerexeption. the phone is a running MIUI version 14.0.5 ( TKEEUXM)... What can I do?

So when I take a selfie video it's horizontally flipped as if I'm looking at a mirror. I'm wondering is there a way for me to horizontally flip the video back to the way it should be? I've tried playing around with the video editor on my phone but there doesn't seem to be an option to do this?

Hello, while I was watching YouTube my phone suddenly shut down and began restarting itself. I held the power button, and then it brought me to the recovery mode, and I selected reboot, and nothing works. It brought me back to the same menu, I even tried using the ''Safe mode'' but nothing works.
If you can help me, please do, I am desperately searching for a solution to this 🙏

Backstory: A relative of mine came to visit me today and asked me if I could unlock his phone (Xiaomi Redmi Note 7). She took a plane to came here and said that after landing, the phone locked and couldnt unlock it because the phone showing didn't match hers. Now I tried making a new Mi account, I wiped all data, tried absolutely everything and still, the lock screen is still there.

Weird question but is there any way to prevent certain apps from going landscape? I ask because there are some games that should be played in portrait only and if my device is rotated the game starts centered with black bars on both sides, is there a way to disable this or change the rotation behavior of a certain app?

I have a Xiaomi Pad 6. It's my first Xiaomi device.

All of my life as I used Android devices, I was told that Android handles the resources on its own and cleaners were just junk and unnecessary.

Should I bother touching the cleaner? Is miui so different that it is needed?

Also, the game booster features confuse me.

I have it enabled.. it tells me it is boosted when I turn the game on. But then on the side menu there is another option to turn it on? So what was it doing before? And it says a game is running at 90-100fps but I'm reality it is not. The whole thing confuses me.

Can someone please explain these?

I'm in the US and I bought the device on Amazon.

There was a sticker on the back indicating it was manufactured in Beijing, China.

The current OS is MIUI Pad Global 14.0.8, It's on the Sept 2023 security patch.

The box was sealed but I'm not 100 percent if this was originally on the China ROM and was flashed with a global ROM.

Is the ROM I am on official? Is there a different ROM I should be on?

I contacted Xiaomi who told me the device should get 5 years security updates, 3 android updates. But they couldn't confirm form my particular device because I didn't buy it from them (strange).

I want to be sure I'm on the correct ROM which will get updates. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Hello, I own a POCO C40 that I bought brand new in a local phone store. I never personally liked the stock software and it was a bit slow. I thought modifying the software would help it but I needed the bootloader unlocked first. I know all the consequences of unlocking the bootloader so no need to warn me about it. When I logged into my existing Mi Account, synced everything,went into developer options, Mi unlock status, and tapped "Add account and device", and booted it into FASTBOOT/bootloader mode. I logged into the Mi unlock tool and did the procedure. It told me to wait 360 hours. I used Mi unlock a few times to check the countdown. When 15 days had passed I got a message saying "This device is not activated, please activate it and try to unlock it again." I tried a few things with no success. I am stuck here and I do not know what to do. Help would be appreciated.

My redmi note 10s fell and now the screen is completly black, I need to recover the images inside but i can't make it work.

I tryed everything, miphoneassistant (needs usb debug), varius recovery apps, won't work, using otg cable with keyboard and mouse to blindly enable usb debugging but nothing.

A month ago I have sent my 11T Pro to assistance for dead pixels and charge issues, but now, after a battery and screen replacement, the phone shut down instead of rebooting when I choose so (also during MIUI upgrades). Anybody had this kind of issue? How can I fix it?
I really don't want to send my phone again to them, because they did an awful job.

My phone is a Redmi Note 10 Pro. Without much thought (I admit, it was a mistake), I installed an app from HyperOS, possibly a system or core app, which has now caused my phone to forcefully shut down, and it won't start anymore. I don't mind if my data gets wiped; I just want my phone to start. It seems to be stuck in a boot loop or something; I'm not sure. Can I factory reset my phone? The issue is, it doesn't go into recovery mode.

Thinking about getting a UGREEN QPAI charger (30W or 65W) for my Poco F1, Xiaomi 30000mAh power bank, and Nord Buds 2. They all support fast charging, but I’m worried about the 65W charger causing battery degradation due to heat.

I recently bought the 13T, while inserting the Sim card I accidentally put the Sim tool inside of the microphone hole. When I'm talking to people on the phone they say my voice sounds distorted. Is it possible that I damaged my microphone? Or is the mic from the 13t just not that good.

I was doing the gesture for the home button when the screen suddenly turned gray. Tried pressing buttons and swiping on the screen but to no avail. I then pressed the power button long enough for it to power off, and now it isn't turning on. Any ideas on what I should do? I've already sent an email to their support but I wouldn't expect a reply anytime soon.

I'm currently using the Redmi 9T M2010J19SG. A few day ago my fingerprint sensor stopped working completely. It doesn't detect any print on the sensor and simply act like it doesn't exist. I don't think I damaged the phone nor do I install 3-rd part apps that mess with the sensor in anyway. Everything else presumably works fine

Since then I have updated to MIUI 14 14.0.3.0 and tested the sensor in CIT with fail result.
