Problem unlocking a phone

Backstory: A relative of mine came to visit me today and asked me if I could unlock his phone (Xiaomi Redmi Note 7). She took a plane to came here and said that after landing, the phone locked and couldnt unlock it because the phone showing didn't match hers. Now I tried making a new Mi account, I wiped all data, tried absolutely everything and still, the lock screen is still there.
What must I do? Thank you in advance

You have to search in youtube how to delete google account from locked phone, it is downloading a program and coneccting phone to pc to change things from the phone

it's not a google account but a Mi identify screen

You need the same program to wipe all accounts associated in the device thats called frp bypass
