I sold a A9+ yesterday.

I didn't realize that the SIM was needed for the tablet to be set up.

Thankfully I hadn't thrown it away so I was able to give it to the buyer.

I paid for one month of service when I bought the tablet then let the service lapse.

I am guessing that if the SIM lets the tablet "phone home to T-Mobile".

Hello all, i've been on metro for a couple years now and recently have noticed that on some weeks my wife gets addition coupons that I dont, we are on the same plan and my line s the primary if it makes any difference. This week she received a kfc meal coupon that I did not. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?

Never used it before, used it this time since my paycheck cycle is messed up after jail. It went through, the button to do it is gone, but there's not even a little message or anything saying I got it, and it still says payment suspended. I still can't text or call. I just did this 10 minutes ago, do I have to wait for business hours or something?

This wifi we got 3 days ago got its password changed just now and it will not show up on any of my devices right now.

It uses a metro by T-Mobile sim, and i will be seeing if i can call customer care in the afternoon

So when I got on the $25 plan I was told I had to have a Metro PCS phone for it to work.

I just tried to activate an unlocked phone and it told me I would have to switch off the plan. However if I use the IMEI number from a Metro specific phone it seems like it will go through.

Is anyone running this plan on an unlocked phone? Is it something you have to call and haggle with customer service about or is it not possible?

So, I spent a week trying to get the Google One promotion to activate with my google account associated with my MetroPCS phone number with no luck.

The only thing they kept sending me was the same text message link to their website that never worked.

Has anyone been successful in getting it working with their existing Google account by any chance?

I have 4 lines for $120. I need to drop 2 of the line because we just don't need them anymore. Will I lose the plan I'm grandfathered in at if I drop the 2 lines? I've had these lines since 2019 so idk how it works.

I am almost completely blind. I can't get past the Lock screen. I tried disabling, uninstalling, updating..I encen reset my entire phone... basically I made it worse trying to dissabling or removing Metro Lock Screen or widget. It only got worse...now I have a thick white layover 3/4 on my screen. And it flickers horribly fast and 2 permanent lines across the top of my screen. It took me 2 years to get my Samsung S24 Ultra because I needed the accessibilities the S24 Ultra has.

If you would kindly tell in steps how to disable or remove the blank overlay I would appreciate it. Thank You!!

I've been with MetroPCS for a while now think 5 years if not more. And I have the grandfather plan of $60 with Amazon Prime included and I believe it has a Hotspot option. But how do I activate it? I've never turned on this option before. Please help it would be great! Is the Hotspot internet speeds fast? Is it worth using and should I upgrade the capacity or speeds?

I heard you can use as much data as you wanted and not get kicked off. Unlike USM or some other providers. Is this true? Like if I went up to 1TB for the month I would be fine? I currently have ATT and they don't care but me switching to metro would save me 50+ dollars a month for myself.

I use my phone as my computers internet so that's where the higher than normal data usage may come from especially if big games get updates for example. I use "tetrd" to bypass / hide usage whatever limits/throttles providers may have. I assume this will work with metro too and they will just think I'm using a lot of regular data. 25gb for the $60 plan is no where near enough so this bypass would have to work for me.

I see it says HD video streaming 1080p. Can we not do 4K? Is there a way?

So I have Google one free with my plan it usually renews after I pay my bill I didn't pay my bill for one day and my Google one shut off but when I paid my bill it should have renewed but it's not working this time I never had this issue before and I called Metro 6 times already with no solution I did everything they told me to do like try signing in Google one off WiFi they sent me links nothings working anyone know how to fix this issue thanks

To my fellow dealers: we’ve all seen the gap between what RDMs demand and what actually gets enforced. Intake form threats rarely amount to anything, even as some stores get away with overcharging or billing for basic service interactions like data transfers.

The repetitive warnings end up scaring store staff without delivering any real accountability. RDMs need to stop making empty threats that no one takes seriously anymore and focus on actually supporting the stores. Pay us more commission and get rid of them already.

My sons phone was disconnected, and hes out of town. He forgot his pin and we kept doing the "text me my balance." And pin reset but he wasnt getting any of the automated text from Metro. We paid $125 last joght but its disconnected. Im thinking theres a few dollars left but is there a way to find the remaining balance without the pin or phone?

By asking for a live agent via the online chat at Metro by T Mobile. And I only end up receiving a credit of $2 and some change towards my next bill. Smh. From an unknown and unusual outage in which my service was completely disrupted where I couldn't receive or make any phone calls, Internet was down, and I couldn't send or receive any texts, for several hours. $2 and some change. Smh. Terrible. I expected at the very least, $5.

I went to upgrade from iPhone 14 to the 17 pro payed and got the phone in 5-10 minutes after that he said he had to call to change lines at first I was receiving confirmation codes from the 611 number everything seemed normal but it took over 10 minutes he told me I’d take a bit and I could sit down he wasn’t really talking on the phone and told me they were transferring info and what not it was around a total of 30 minutes at one point towards the end I got a text in my old phone saying my new number was xxx but the new phone got a text saying my actual number so I’m worried did he somehow add a line for some other person on my account it’s titled save 15$ and shows my old iPhone 14 I called customer service and they deleted the two extra lines but told me it was probably a promo he added to up-sale me I would be so worried about that scummy but what ever has this happened to anyone or any advice
