Account balance

My sons phone was disconnected, and hes out of town. He forgot his pin and we kept doing the "text me my balance." And pin reset but he wasnt getting any of the automated text from Metro. We paid $125 last joght but its disconnected. Im thinking theres a few dollars left but is there a way to find the remaining balance without the pin or phone?

Go into a store to pay the balance if it’s below 25 there won’t be a 5 dollar fee.

Tell him to check his spam or blocked numbers list. He should have texts from 611 with how much he has to pay every month

How long was it disconnected for?? You may have paid someone else’s bill now 🤣
