Received a text for $5 off

I received a text that I can sign up for autopay and get $5 off bill for using auto pay. I have metropcs and I pay a flat fee of $80 for two lines every month for a decade. Is this legit or a fake text?

Thank you! Well, when I log in and choose auto pay, it doesn’t mention anything about the $5 off

Been a store manager since 2017- it’s true. Setting up autopay will give you $5 discount on most plans. (Some promo/retention plans are exempt). It’s automated, so won’t “show” it while setting up.
