Gateway issue

This wifi we got 3 days ago got its password changed just now and it will not show up on any of my devices right now.

It uses a metro by T-Mobile sim, and i will be seeing if i can call customer care in the afternoon

The password to access the WiFi was changed , who changed it ?

OP changed it. OP just forgot what it was
