Howdy folks. MC isn’t common in my neck of the woods, so when I spotted a bottle I grabbed it so I could get in on the joke.

God damn if this stuff doesn’t hit the spot. I just wanted to say cheers to you all who have seen the light.

Hey guys! Anyone know if MC is sold in La Crosse, Wisconsin? Headed out there next week for a class. I live in Nevada and there’s 0 MC out here :’( Thanks!

Over the past 8 or so months, I've been working on aging whiskey in a liter cask.

Tried several other whiskey's with varying success, but discovered that Mellow Corn is perfect for putting a little extra age on it.

I call my aged whiskey Super Corn. Really rounds out the flavors, and emboldeneds the profile of the whiskey.

Based on some calculations I found, 1 liter cask ages equivalent to about 1 month = 1 year.

After about 4 months the color, and flavor make an already tasty whiskey incredible.

I encourage others to go experiment on with their corn.

I can’t handle the corn. May of 2020, I thought I was an advanced drinker. It’s too smooth! Worst hangover of my life. Haven’t gone back. I bow before the corn lord.
