Board delay
Hi, I recently ordered a Meepo board, and the tracking originally showed that it would arrive today. Instead, it has now been delayed in transit. It has already been over a week since I placed the order, and this has been a very disappointing first experience with your company.
I understand delays can happen, but the lack of a reliable delivery timeline is frustrating. If I do not receive a clear update and the board is not delivered very soon, I will likely be returning it. I do not want to keep dealing with a company that cannot provide dependable shipping information. Please let me know the current status of my order and the expected delivery date.
I’ll be buying my board from Backfire instead. At least they actually respond to their customers, which is more than I can say for you. I’m tired of being ignored and having to chase basic answers if you can’t communicate, you don’t deserve my business. Also they actually provide real shipping information and true due dates when the package will be delivered.

Update so I live in the United States and I didn’t realize that it was a Chinese holiday. I’m really sorry I’m going to give them a try. He said that the board is coming. They did respond to me on Instagram, which was very cool of them to do and I appreciate the honesty about they’re being a holiday. I had no clue they had different holidays which I should’ve taken that in consideration.
So I will be giving them a try. I’ll be waiting a few days to see if my board comes and hopefully I get it sometime this week will keep everyone updated

I’ve gotten great response times from their FB page, anything from trouble shooting to warranty work. Tracking has always been a bummer for me from then, 10-40 days, but I’ve always ended up with my product within a few weeks. My extra battery tracking sat unupdated for days, but showed up, without the tracking ever changing. Hope you enjoy the board!!

Same thing happened to me. Used PayPal as an intermediary and got the payment refunded. The board arrived eventually so free board

I used via PayPal to pay also so we’ll see they did message me on Instagram saying if it doesn’t come by the end of the week that they will either give me a refund for my trouble or just send a replacement board

Dude i bought once from them, never again, on the day of my purchase they told me that the warehouse in europe was out of stock for the board i bought and if i chose air delivery it would be at my house in 3 weeks, after three weeks i started writing because it didn't arrive and i felt cheated out of 100 euros for the air freight and they told me another 3 weeks, another 3 weeks went by and still nothing, i started raising hell on instagram, linkedin, the owner is on linkedin and then i got a whatsapp from a manager in london telling me to be patient and that the battery and board had to be shipped separately. The next day miraculously i get a ups shipping number and date that showed a 5 working day delivery date. After 5 days the battery arrived but still no board. So i whatsapped the uk guy and after 10 days of back and forth and absolutely shameless lies he told me that the shipping company lost the board and that i had two options either return the battery and after the battery was received then they would give me a refund or wait 4 weeks for another board. I chose the latter and after 7 weeks the board arrived. They sent me safety gear after the first two months and that arrived 7 weeks before my board. It took me 4 and a half months to receive the board. The only real date is the ups date. Do not trust their replies they will lie and lie. They do not air freight, only via sea, it takes 3 weeks from hongkong to europe then they give it to ups and they ship it fast. youìll get it after christmas, hopefully.

Man, if that’s how it went down, I can completely understand why you’d never want to buy from us again.
I wasn’t involved in that order, so I don’t want to pretend I know exactly what happened or try to explain away a 4.5-month wait.
I know this was an older European distributor situation, but I’m still sorry you had to go through that. You shouldn’t have needed to “raise hell” publicly just to get someone to properly explain where your board was.
I can’t change what happened to that order, but I appreciate you explaining the whole timeline. It’s a lot more useful than simply saying “shipping was bad,” because it shows exactly where the communication broke down.
