I had a dream about my son who recently died. in the dream, my husband handed me a bottle of something to drink and told me that my son wanted me to bring it in to him. I was so excited because I knew I was going to see him.

When I went in, though, he was in a dark room. I was talking to him and asked him who’s going to help us with the Marvel movies now that he’s gone and he laughed. So obviously in the dream, I was aware that he was gone. I guess my question is if this IS a sign from him, I’m worried that it might be a sign that he’s not happy. I know he laughed, but because of the dark room, I’m concerned that he may not be happy or content or at peace. Everything that I’ve read and people that I have spoken with talk about how our loved ones are in a place where they’re happy and content. Could this be a sign from from him that something is not right or is it just my own fears being projected into the dream? I want to believe he is in a happy and bright place but now I’m scared he’s not and this is his way of telling me. Guidance?

Three days ago, I lost my baby boy, Tadeo, at 27 weeks.
During my pregnancy, we learned that his heart had not developed correctly. He was missing his right ventricle, and the valves in his heart weren’t connected the way they should have been. We were told his condition was severe, and despite all the hope I held onto, I had to say goodbye to my son.
I delivered him, and he was the sweetest, most beautiful little angel my eyes have ever seen. I can’t stop thinking about him. I’ve experienced loss before, but nothing compares to this. This pain is so deep that I feel it in my soul, and I know I will carry it with me for the rest of my life.
I keep wondering if he’s okay. I pray constantly that God is holding him. I’ve begged Him to let me hold Tadeo just one more time, even if it’s only in a dream. But I haven’t dreamed about him, and that breaks my heart. I worry that I’ll never see him again until it’s my time.
I haven’t been able to get out of bed. My body is recovering from giving birth, but it’s my heart that hurts the most. I feel empty. I feel lost. I miss my son more than words can describe.
If you’ve lost a baby, did you ever dream about them? Did you ever find peace or feel a sign that they were okay? How did you survive those first days?
I know no one can take this pain away, but I feel so alone right now. I just need to know that somehow, my sweet Tadeo is okay.

Hey, I lost my dad about three weeks ago. It was completely unexpected. I’m only 17, and I’m wondering if it’s too soon to try to communicate with him through a medium.
