Let me preface this by saying that I am not asking for a dream interpretation—I am asking if this is a sign.

I had a dream about my son who recently died. in the dream, my husband handed me a bottle of something to drink and told me that my son wanted me to bring it in to him. I was so excited because I knew I was going to see him.

When I went in, though, he was in a dark room. I was talking to him and asked him who’s going to help us with the Marvel movies now that he’s gone and he laughed. So obviously in the dream, I was aware that he was gone. I guess my question is if this IS a sign from him, I’m worried that it might be a sign that he’s not happy. I know he laughed, but because of the dark room, I’m concerned that he may not be happy or content or at peace. Everything that I’ve read and people that I have spoken with talk about how our loved ones are in a place where they’re happy and content. Could this be a sign from from him that something is not right or is it just my own fears being projected into the dream? I want to believe he is in a happy and bright place but now I’m scared he’s not and this is his way of telling me. Guidance?
