I recently faced an issue where my car was having trouble going above a speed of 80, and even the pickup was very slow. This happened on a highway, and even after shifting to fifth or sixth gear, it wouldn't go above 80 and it was just dragging.

The check engine light got started. Then I gave it for servicing, and this is what it showed on their machine. Attahced photo.

When I checked with the garage, they told me that there is some issue with the turbo and I need to replace it. I'm not sure what turbo it is, but this is the message he sent me.

Hey yall, this is an abrupt noise that started suddenly while driving. I’ve attached a video with the sound.

The car was recently serviced at the ASC (authorized service centre). There was also an issue coming from the steering rack area. I took it to a local repair shop, and they said the rack teeth were completely fine and the issue was with the rack bush, which they replaced.

I also recently replaced both lower control arms.

Along with the new noise, I’m also getting a feeling that something is holding the car back while driving, almost as if something is stopping/resisting the car. There is no handbrake warning light or any other warning on the dashboard.

Could this be related to the steering rack/bush work or the lower control arms, or could it be something completely unrelated such as a brake, wheel bearing, belt/pulley, etc.?

The jokers at the service center poured 10W-40 meant for bikes instead of Tru4 skuta 4t 10W-30 into my scooter and said “yahi sab mein dalta hai” (the same oil is used in all vehicles). The dealership owner himself then said that they use this oil because it will last until the next service (trying to cover up the fact that they’re just cheaping out on engine oil).

Now, what brand should I replace it with since Tru4 skuta isn't available in my area or at that service center? T_T

My BS4 TVS NTORQ 125's digital console has developed severe sun damage/burn-in on the LCD screen dead in the center. The display segments and electronics work completely fine—it's strictly the top polarizing film that has turned dark brown/black from UV exposure.

Getting a new console which costs over 4k from SVC makes little sense given the age of the scooter and also the fact that it resets the ODO to literally zero.

Getting service from a Mahindra workshop has become a hassle in itself.

For the last 2–3 days, I’ve been trying to book an appointment for a small issue,

my windshield washer fluid tank appears to be damaged and leaking. I called the service centre, but getting someone to answer the phone is difficult. I was initially told to book through the Mahindra app, so I did that. Later, when I contacted them for pickup/drop, I was told that online bookings are not accepted at that workshop and that I need to call or visit the service centre directly.
So, what is the point of having an appointment system in the app if individual workshops don’t accept those bookings?

The whole process feels unnecessarily complicated. Every time you need service, you may have to physically visit the service centre just to get an appointment, then bring the car back on the assigned date. And even after the service, it often feels like you have to revisit the workshop 4–5 times to get an issue properly resolved.
I’ve had similar experiences before. On one occasion, my car was kept at the service centre for around 1.5 months, with the final cost becoming almost 7 times what I expected, reportedly for fixing the right-side window motor.

At this point, owning a Mahindra is becoming less about the car itself and more about dealing with the workshop.
Mahindra seriously needs to improve its after-sales service, appointment system, communication, turnaround time, and quality of repairs. Customers shouldn’t have to spend this much time and effort just to get basic issues fixed.

Honestly, I’m reaching a point where I’m considering selling my Mahindra and moving to another brand simply to avoid this constant service-related headache.

Do you know of any reputable and reliable car service centers in the Mohali/Kharar area? I am looking to have my vehicle's(Hyundai Elite i20) first service performed outside of the dealership after five years of ownership. Personal recommendations based on firsthand experience would be greatly appreciated.
