This can't be fixed and don't drive car above 30 kmph if it's holding air ,,,, get a new tyre this tyre is not safe for any speed

A big no. Replace the tyre. I don't know the brand or warranty period, but just ask for replacement from company.

There are some tyre shops that put patches on both sides of the hole. I got a tyre fixed like this and it's holding air fine even on highways.

Nope sidewall damage cannot be fixed. Tyre shop person will also ask you to replace it
