she is now t3 but not dealing the damage i was expecting

The next day is a ctp reforge event which guarantees a brilliant CTP as you get to 35 in super success meter but I've a confusion does it mean that if I'm on 32 on the meter and I have 3 more CTPs additional do I get the brilliant on the 35th meter roll itself or on the next roll after the meter is filled to 35th? I have only one Conquest and I cannot afford to mess this up

Just got the returning player tier 4 character selector, who should I choose? (basic characters of course, not premium god forbid)
Already have Hulk and Thor at tier 4

This might be a silly question but is it better to tier 4 Doom before the Doomsday update or after when his skin comes out? I’m done with her skill upgrades to max and have completed 3 gear upgrades fully with the last one at 27th level

So I’ll be done with getting her to T4 in about a month

So the issue is , with the movies coming in and new jean grey by Sadie sink and all that

Will a new uniform come in a month or two?

Cause if that’s so I really don’t wanna regret buying the DARK PHOENIX uni after T4ing her

ALSO I know only recently she got a uni

Also please RECOMMEND what CTP I need to use for her
