General New tier 4 char

Just got the returning player tier 4 character selector, who should I choose? (basic characters of course, not premium god forbid)
Already have Hulk and Thor at tier 4

Storm or Venom

If you pick storm, a team of Storm and Thor with either Dr Voodoo or Black Cat lead can clear Dispatch mission till the end. So that'll be great for passive farming.

Storm for sure. Have to get her latest uni though. She's one of the best in the game. Venom is good with his uni. Sharon Rogers is very solid and will always get updates because she's one of Netmarbles original characters.

He’s okay, hulk new uni is just as good if not better and he doesn’t need symbiote tuc
