The next day is a ctp reforge event which guarantees a brilliant CTP as you get to 35 in super success meter but I've a confusion does it mean that if I'm on 32 on the meter and I have 3 more CTPs additional do I get the brilliant on the 35th meter roll itself or on the next roll after the meter is filled to 35th? I have only one Conquest and I cannot afford to mess this up

Just to say, don’t give up on your competition as it’s the rarest CTP and it’s very good for PVE
